Roasting happens every Monday at Woodyknowe in Strathnaver. Orders placed before 9am Monday are roasted on Monday and posted out on Tuesday, so your coffee is as fresh as possible when it reaches you.

Once roasted and packed into eco packaging your parcel makes its way to the local post office and into the hands of our friendly postie, Mark. He’s part of the story too,  he’s delivered countless bags of What’s Bean Grinding coffee across the Highlands and beyond. So when your order arrives, it carries not only the aroma of fresh roast, but a little bit of our weekly rhythm.
