This is the complete range of coffees I am currently roasting. Every coffee here has been chosen, roasted, and packed by me in the Scottish Highlands, with a focus on quality, character, and freshness.
The selection changes regularly as coffees sell through and new ones arrive. I aim to explore a wide range of origins, processes, and flavour profiles, from clean and balanced washed coffees to expressive naturals and more experimental lots. Some coffees are everyday favourites, while others are limited releases that will not return once they are gone.
I roast in small batches and little and often, allowing me to respond to each coffee individually. My goal is always to bring out what makes a coffee distinctive, without pushing it too far or masking the work done at origin.
In the cup, this collection offers variety and choice. Whether you are looking for something familiar and comforting or curious to try something new, this is where you will find everything I currently have available.
