Collection: Super Special Coffee

This collection is reserved for coffees that stop me in my tracks. These are super special lots, chosen not for volume or familiarity, but for the impression they leave long after the cup is finished.

Each coffee in this collection is presented in a reusable 60g tin, designed for exploration and appreciation. The smaller format encourages slower brewing, closer attention, and a chance to experience something truly distinctive and ensuring that there is some for everyone to explore.

The coffees themselves are rare, expressive, and often produced in limited quantities. They may showcase unique varieties, innovative processing, or extraordinary growing conditions. What unites them is character, clarity, and a sense that they are something special.

Every tin is hand roasted by me in small batches in the Scottish Highlands, with a focus on preserving nuance and balance. These coffees are not rushed or overworked. I let them speak clearly, offering flavours and aromas that linger and invite reflection.
