Story

Campo das Vertentes, located between two important water basins, has produced coffee since 1860. Its fertile soils, mild climate, and rich traditions make it one of Brazil’s recognised geographical indications.

Natural process: ripe red cherries selectively harvested, laid out on patios to sun dry, raked frequently to ensure even drying.
