Story


Nestled between two mountain ridges in Panama’s Chiriquí Province, Bambito Estate has been producing world-class coffee for over a century. In 2021 it won 1st place at Best of Panama with its “Avalanche of Flavour” Geisha. This limited Red Bourbon Natural captures the same meticulous approach, representing the family’s fifth generation of excellence.

Process

Natural process:

  • Hand-picked ripe cherries sun-dried on raised beds between the twin ridges of Cerro Punta
  • Controlled drying enhances sweetness and fruit clarity

Results in an elegant, syrupy cup with layered fruit and a smooth finish
