What’s Bean Grinding is a tiny micro-roastery nestled in the Scottish Highlands (North Sutherland). I source characterful coffees from trusted farmers and cooperatives, roasting each batch to highlight sweetness, clarity, and adventure in every cup. Many of our releases are limited edition coffee beans, offered in small lots that showcase unique flavours and origins.
